The three female employees at the coit rd @mccallum blvd store location are absolutely the worst . I was in this store today and yesterday needing to switch from another carrier. The employees have been making people pay more money for their phones than any other store. When a device is a hundred dollars they will click the coupon in the system for fifty dollars instead clicking the one hundred which allows the customer to get their phone free as advertised. Today however the female employee basically profiled me I felt descriminated and belittled after the employee cancels my account...refused to meet my request to call customer service. Refused to do her job. Refused me the satisfaction and joy of walking out of the store with a phone. Instead I was bullied out of the store being accused and her threatening the police on me for no reason. Those three females are rude. The never smile. The inventory is low. Most importantly I need a phone today. I drive for a living I need my phone service on today. I will do everything in my power with thin corporates ability to make sure this a girls are fired and replaced. Its wrong what they did. I'm going to channel *. *. *. With this next. Make sure everyone within metro pcs company's know and will act on their in professionalism...
