Hi I had a metro account for awhile and I decided to go to t mobile on my sisters account I had just paid my bill and I was told by an meto employee******** that I would be pro rated for the days I was with metro and because t mobile is your sister account the rest of the money would be credit to my account with t mobile know I asked him and he said he promised it would be transferred over along with my upgrade I kept my same number with t mobile *** *** **** act * *********
GetHuman-sdefehr did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
