So I changed my phone number it ask for a credit card which I didn’t have so why would it allow me to change the phone number and then interrupt my service. It would have been understandable if it was added to my bill and I didn’t pay it but it should have at least warned me that If I change it without payment my service would be interrupted better yet why did it even allow me to change it if it wasn’t just going to add it to my bill. I spent $*** a month for phones and my phone is off for $**. I haven’t been with metro long but rest assured If I can get the rest of my family to switch companies we will.
Activating my service back with a free month. My phone is used for on-call at work. So I could be fired over $**
