My wife switched her Metro acct to different phone.**She gave me her previous phone.**I had my ATT account transferred to her previous phone**I need code and steps to unlock phone.
GetHuman-agdplmbr did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-agdplmbr fixed the problem
After ATT installed a new SIM card to match my existing number the new phone would not work because it was locked. I called the Metro *** number, with phone in hand, and they installed an unlock app. They sent a code to my wifes existing Metro number and I entered that into ATT phone and followed directions on unlock app. No charge from ATT or Metro.
