I just moved here two weeks ago from South Texas after being without work for * months and was having trouble with my phone ,& I ended getting two phones yesterday with T-Mobile . My daughter from California put me on with her service and ordered me a phone. At the same time, I went to Metro PC's in Abilene,Tx. and spoke to the service person that help me get service with Metro PC's I called to cancel ,two hours later was very ugly to me, said I couldn't bring the phone back nor get my Money back. She had quoted me about $**. When I talked to her, I wasnt allowed to pick the phone I liked Cause they only had one type available at the store, to change plans. She made me take the highest plan instead of the plan I wanted and needed. And The she ran my Debit card.... for $***. For credit, I didn't sign for it nor had to use my pin . Sounds fishy to me and only Two hours after I had the phone I tried to tell her what happened. She was so ugly , & made me cry, I've been so upset I can't sleep. I would truly like to take this awful phone she sold me back and get a refund . Since it was T- Moble I was sure there would be No Problem . Could you please help me resolve this problem.
