I paid my phone bill on the *th of this month i end up breaking it like too days later but I have a back up metro phone and I took my chip off my old phone and put it in my new phone but it won't switch over and I'm trying to get it connected to the new phone please help me cuz I really need my phone I have a disabled child so I have to have a phone at all times so please help me to get my phone switch over to this other metro phone cause i paid my phone bill on the *rd of this month and I broke it two or three days later and I haven't been able to use my phone since and I went in the store to get here but they were two charged me like $** something dollars to switch it over and at this time I don't have any money after paying my phone bill my house bills so can you please contact me back ASAP to help me with this problem
