Get new phones ... We were ripped off!!! We went in to get * new phones Samsung galaxy J* Friday April *,**** because ours quit working. Customer service Rep Taylor Thrasher on Walnut Street in Roger's Arkansas waited on us. He asked if we wanted him to help us get the new phone's up and running. I asked if there was a fee or charge to do that. He said no! I also asked if we would keep the same plan pymt of $ **.** on the same pay date.*The **th of each month. He said yes. After getting home we noticed on the bill each of us had been charged $**.** each total of $**.**. I returned thinking it was mistake. He didn't explain the extra **.** on each phone charge sufficiently to me. It was outright theft and a bold faced lie! We want it made right. Either our money returned or no charged for April. This morning we got a text to pay $**.** an additional $*.** on our regular bill. This is no way to treat customer's!!! K.Harris
They charged extra and weren't able to tell me why.
I want the $**.** refunded back to my credit card.

I Went back to the store and asked what the extra charge was for!!! There was no logical explanation.
