So I just asked her can you print out for me please,she is refuse and told me she can't print this for me and I showed her my account on my phone "There is some technical issue " she said that's not our problem is web problem all she said she could do is email to company let them know about this IT problem or call customer service again but her attitude makes me want to change makes me want to changed another Tel company already ! and called customer service the answer is all the same All I Need is just print out my Bill with new address how difficult was it ? Made me went to that store waste time and got attitude like that ?!
