I purchased a phone in Nov. ****. It is my brother's phone who has a seizure disorder and desperately needs his ph. The battery will not hold a charge and the LCD screen has quit working. MetroPCS in Meridian MS will not swap the phone out, but wants me to BUY an upgrade. We do not have money to buy an upgrade. My brother needs his phone desperately. Please let me know how we can get this resolved asap. It is a ZTE AVID *.
