I was giving wrong information by the sales rep in the store about a phone I wanted to purchase with my update. I Was told that no store in the area had it. I asked her if she can call any other store and she insisted that no stores had it.I also asked her if I can pay for the device she can order it for me and then I come and pick it upshe proceeded to tell me that they were not able to do that. She then state I should not let this upgrade pass me by as it was about to expire she also stated that she wasn't sure if any other store will even regime that upgrade because she had never heard of it. She proceed it to show me another device she told me it was equally to the one I wanted. I told her that I was not familiar with that brand I wasn't certain if I wanted to get it. Once agin she proceeded to tell me my offer was about to expire and needed to take abantage of it. Wich it really was a great upgrade deal I had $*** instant rebate. I asked him multiple times are you sure I can't get to some anywhere else can you help me find it she continued to tell me there was no phone it was a very popular phones the stores don't have it in stock. It seam a little odd that no store had the iteam. I had to trust her after all she is a metro PCS sales representative. I did tell her that I was not happy to get this phone because it's not what I wanted but unfortunately my offer was going to expire soon so I didn't have a choice. I kept insisting all the way to the end of my purchase how I was not happy with the phone. The next day I went to another metro PCS that I saw as I was driving.by the way it was in the area. they did have the phone I wanted. I told the salesman what happened and he advice me to go back to the store and let them know that I found the phone I originally wanted. I went back to the store but unfortunately they didn't help me the manager was the only person that was able to make the decision she was not there they got a hold of her over the phone but she was not much help she didn't talk to me and she told the representative that they couldn't do nothing about it because it was an upgrade I was on the phone with customer service of MetroPCS and they said they were not going to talk to them because they didn't have nothing to do with them. I been dealing with this for three days and no one's able to help. I'm super unsatisfied with this phone. It's stremly slow it keeps freezing on me so instead of an upgrade it feels more like a downgrade. Please please I need your help or at least advise on how to go about this thank you
