Sunday I went to get a new cell phone .I was up for an upgrade...Cory waited on me .he asked what phone I wanted I picked it out..he than asked if I wanted a second line I told him no it was just me he said it would the phone I got free or cheaper I don't remember he said I could cancel in month if I wanted . I did not get a second phone or phone number for that second line**.... yesterday I got a text starting they were taking another **** out of my account and did agree to this ...I agreed to the ***.** he changed me for at the store . He then said he would throw in the screen protector for free...I got changed for it. While he was looking for the size he says hey cheyanne oh nvr mind... cheyanne works at another location he was video chatting with THE INTIRE TIME I WAS THERE!! he then asked if I'd like this thing to put in my car that is used for idk emergency road side or something I said no cuz my car is already equipt with all of that...if you don't like it u can return he was very persistent...ok fine he goes to install it takes off my panel he can't find where to put it goes back in to look it up .comes out an day u need to take it to your dealership they will install it for u! Does not put my panel back on.thx dude!! I'd like an explanation of of the new charges where an who has that second line.
