The issue in GetHuman-rodneypt's own words
i attempted to contact metro pcs as i was attempting to find out if someone was illegally using my info ie: my name and telephone number for their own purposes. i called and spoke to a metro representative, at which point i was put on hold. the representative never returned to the line and instead was connected to an automated tape which only spoke Spanish. after several attempts to get it to return to the English message and the representative, i was told that the offices were now closed and that i should call back in the morning. the conversation was started around *:** central standard time. Prior to that i was told to enter my password. i entered my password but was told that this was incorrect. i attempted to send a text but that was also rejected. i now plan to discontinue my services with pcs but i want the corporate headquarters to know about the shody service that is being provided by your representatives. note: i have been a customer for more than five years and will not refer pcs to any of my friends and suggest that my friends who currently use pcs metro as their carrier to please discontinue.
