The number port says it is complete, we confirmed my phone is unlocked, and it has Data(internet access) and SMS active. But it cannot send or receive calls. When dialed, the app almost immediately hangs up, as if the tower rejected it. So far technical support has added a few different APN settings, but none of them have fixed the issue. Their most recent attempt was around *:**am, MST. I'm letting you know that it still does not work. If you want to reach me, text me or email me since the phone does not work. I would appreciate a speedy resolution.
