I bought a Alcatel and it keeps dropping Wi-Fi signal ,so I went to the MetroPCS store ordered another one * exchange and this phone does the same thing also I'm very very frustrated and very pissed off I keep losing all of my important information some apps like my unemployment app and my business apps it's hard for me to download it over and over again and it's gotten to the point I do not want this phone anymore I want to switch to a Samsung or LG I even took it down to metro PC store and they can get on the Wi-Fi on the phone this happened twice I'm trying to hold my composure but I'm really pissed off and I want to change the plan and get another phone that's not a Alcatel , I am a very very reliable customer who been with you guys for decades never made a late payment in my life and I'm feeling that you guys are totally doing me wrong and I want something to be resolved ASAP I really need to get another phone other than this brand (Alcatel) my name is Alonzo Goodman and I certainly was waiting for a call from your supervisor from the main headquarters office but they have not called me yet and I'm pretty pissed off really bad !!!!!!!!!!!! I would appreciate it if you solve my problem ASAP the number you can reach me at (***)***-**** . I trust that you will fix this issue I certainly will appreciate it I definitely do not want to go through this again it makes no sense that two phones are doing the same thing dropping the internet constantly I have to turn my phone off then turn it back on in order to get back on the internet it's very sickening to me
