I paid $** on ********** from my credit card to continue service on my account for the month of December. I called on Friday, Dec *th, to remove phone number ***-***-**** from my account and the rep. Aljon said he did just that. I wake up this morning only to find that my phone line, ***-***-****, is currently suspended and saying I owe $**. How? Why? My service needs to be restored ASAP! I am not happy at all!
