i went to you store, needed to replace my samsung * with another one, sales lady said they were $*** off right now only $***. pulled out of show case an showed me the samsung *, i said ok, she pulled one from a cabnit, i was looking at cases, an look up to see she was trnsfering my data, but not to a samsung *,it was a Alcatel *, i told her i do drop this phone alot an been very good at not breaking, an i do not want to try leaning another phone, she asured me it was just like my samsung, no different, give it a try, i went it to it over nite, it was not the same at all, went back to store next morning told her i need to exchange for samsung, she said she can not do it, she said it was the same, no leaning, she lied, an conned me,she said give it a try,that points to warrenty it the same an i will like it, i do not like it, i need a samsung *, she also charged me $*** for phone, total, $*** said $** was tax ,tax here is only *.**, she cheated, lied, conned me, what is metro going to do about it???? my * *** *** **** locatin of store*** M st ** Rio Linda, Ca ***** lets talk phones
