My phone was smashed and needed to wait to get a new one due to not having money and so i went a few weeks without service no point on putting money mintues if i had to wait to buy a phone. When i go to buy phone and add service back. The lady told me my account was close. And that i couldnt have my phone * back . even if i got a new phone i would get a new account phone * . i am so unhappy with the service i did have and to be told that i cant port over my number when i have had it for years though boost. I switch to you guys and ported over my number just to lose it. It was only barely ** days. The fact that my number wasnt even given to anyone yet. I dont get how you guys couldnt just add it back it wasnt being used. You lost my bussiness. And the lady was rude. I would like my number back i switch to boost. **********
