Charged **.** to change my handset? I am considering pulling my five lines and going elsewhere. Informed that metro is now charging **.** to change a handset? The simplicity of changing the imei on an account justifies a charge of **.**, how? Then after having to swallow the charge I was informed that it could be on my next bill and low and behold service suspended less than twenty four hours later....it is a charge and policy that will definitely alienate your customers . Now that it's T-Mobile, why isn't it like T-Mobile, what is the justification and why is it that your services are imei sensitive. What's wrong with it just being "at will" like T-Mobile whereas the customer can simply transfer the sim card , adjust the APN codes and not bother your staff? Or give access to your customers to change their own? I will be shopping you immediately and when I go to another that will probably provide handsets that are gratis just for enabling five lines of service, you can chalk this customer alienation charge up to the churn.
