The issue in GetHuman-kjsaxton's own words
i turned on * phones in September but there was a promo going for a *rd line for free. so when i went back and tried to turn on *rd line the kid at the store said that was over but the posters were still in the window and he added the *rd line as a regular line. so i came home called customer service they said promo was still going and corrected my bill and the *rd line and credited back where the guy added insurance that i clearly said no to. i get a bill for ** i go pay it and then i get a *** the next month. my phones are off since i can't seem to get a human and a supervisor on the phone. i want to have my third line free like it's supposed to be, i want my bill corrected and credited, and i want something done about the guy at the store that's been rude to me and lied to me about promo and charged me full price for *rd line and created this whole mess with my bill and everything. his name is kjackson and he works at the marshall,tx store.
GetHuman-kjsaxton did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
