I talked to a customer service rep earlier today n i had my phone number switched to another device. They said it would cost $** and something to switch it and the rep said they could charge it to my account so i said that was ok. The rep said since he did that it may disconnect my service but he would put a note on the account n they wouldnt cut my service off. Well now they have disconnected my service and i want to know why?
