We ported from att to metro pcs for the promotional offer regarding the Airpods last Saturday and bought * iphone *s at your store but now that's not what we are getting as promised by your employee.**As per our conversation on the day of purchase with the employee at your store we were informed that will be getting * airpods since * of us ported from At&t to MetroPCS.**The reason why all * of us ported from at&t is because of the promotion. Now after speaking with another store representative the next day they said the account was setup wrong and i might not be eligible for the promotion.**Even after completing the transfer process and leaving the store we placed multiple calls to the metro pcs store to confirm with the store assistant that we will all be getting the airpods for all the lines.She assured that we completed all the requirements correctly and we all are eligible to receive airpods.**Is there anyway that you could fix this so that all * of us receive the promotion. Please let us know. We would really appreciate if u can come up with a solution to this.**Thanks,*Balaji
