I just noticed my phone bill today and I'm just so upset that I have to pay my full bill my phone broke over a week ago and I'm just getting it back on track today but yet I still have to pay for it I don't think it's fair and I've been with this company for over a decade. My whole Thanksgiving was ruined I couldn't even invite people over because I had no phone. I feel like I deserve a discount they sent me a phone that took almost a week to get here and it didn't even work through insurance that i pay every month! Then they basically said they couldn't do anything for me that all they could do is send another phone that would take until Tuesday to get here that's not right
