In my previous email I have stated the exact description of what the intent of my email was, which was to solely inform someone from the corporate end of MetroPCS that ain't loyal customer over there's has been denied the chance to receive a phone that actually works without having to pay the cost of a new phone which he has already been paying for. I would like to keep my service with Metro but if the right thing cannot be done then I will have to find a carrier that will do the right thing
