I'm an Army veteran and I've had some interesting issues with my phones. Now I've been with several service providers and therefore had a few different phones. Having once decided to join your company was once very satisfied and proudly shared this with other potential customers and friends I have met while my service in the military and keep in contact with still through social media. *Having said that, my question to one of my old buddies from the Army, now retired from the police force as well, was one day talking to me about his job with intelligence while in the Army and so then I figured he might know some things about phones. I asked him if he knew what kind of things could be done to a person's phone and by who. He said the police had capabilities to wire tap a . They can track location, what is said and other various personal matters. Well me being curious and very concerned about the issues I've been having with my phone was unpleasantly surprised when he informed that he knew of some cases he investigated where the employees with certain unnamed companies who either sell the phones through franchises and have some direct access to all personal and other sensitive information. He claims some employees were able, by having access to customers' info, to have the capabilities of illegally tampering with the phone accounts, phone applications, and to sometimes include the sharing of clients' info to encourage other employees to participate in this type of misconduct.*I trust that this matter concerning my phone and account will be attended to by your technical folks who deal with these kind of customer's concerns in the past and thank you for any and all actions taken by your great company in finding resolution to my concerns.
