I have a MetroPCS phone bought with my debit card. My card and wallet was stolen *******. The theif went to the same store I purchased my phone and bought ***$ worth of your merchandise without anyone asking for and id with my debit card. I asked for an extension I mean you do *** of my dollars without my authorization to do so. So my phone's off til my money is replaced. This happened at store ****. I have a police investigation going on as well as a bank investigation. That may take God knows how long. Til I have no phone while the culprit gets away still using my money. I not only feel robbed. I feel hostage and repeatedly raped. After your flawed efforts to keep my account safe Im highly doubtful of return to MetroPCS. And your lack of concern regarding my current issue. I will be letting everyone know via social media. About the treatment I received because as far as I know the clerk and suspect probably knew each other. How else can he get those many items without drawing some sort of suspicion. I saw him that day he didn't appear wealthy to me.*This info from transaction.*Trans* **********Register *******Csr ID P*********Date ******* **:*****When mgr asked clerk about not checking id she said nothing just blankly stared. Fix this quickly because. I don't deserve this time continue and I greatly inconvincing my life and ability to continue prosecution of this criminal
