I made a $** payment with you guys and after I made the payments did my Metro my balance was only like ** ** but SmartPay went ahead and took out on the **th that amount and then the very next day they took out almost the exact same amount they told me that Metro is different so they don't know where my $** went so where did that $** payment go where is my money I've been trying to get in touch with you guys for * or * days trying to find out where my money is and I cannot get through to anybody I go to the chat I get a virtual person who doesn't know what the **** I'm talking about I go to SmartPay they tell me to call you you guys you guys don't seem to know what you're talking about but I have on my phone an app that is already built into my phone where you would think you would pay your payment because of a SmartPay payment my bill is ** and some change so why would it matter if I pay through you guys or SmartPay I need you know where my $** went somebody needs to get back to me I'm pissed and I want to know what happened to my money you can't just take $** from somebody and then it reflect the payment when you go back in and it shows that you don't owe the ** I only owe the ** and some change so how is that not connected through you guys and SmartPay who has my $** I want it back or I want a credited to my account I'm very unhappy with the store that I went to I feel like I know that I was played by a salesperson she actually told me so if you don't have to pay the SmartPay just close out your bank account so they can take it out and then just pay your bill but I'm reading and it says my SmartPay doesn't get paid then my phone will get shut off I need my phone for work and I also need my money somebody needs to get back to me and somebody needs to get back to me today or I'm going to cause **** social media is so much more than having an attorney these days promise you that so somebody needs to figure this **** out I'm tired of contacting people I don't have time for this **** I am in school and I have a job and I don't have to keep going back and forth with somebody who is LinkedIn with Metro and it's telling me that they don't know where my money is so where is my $** not to mention the fact that when I got my phone I had no idea that I was paying when it comes down to it a $*** phone when it all was said and done after ** payments I would never would have gotten that phone she never told me that also we both got cases that have sense broke my boyfriend's case broke the following day we also got screen protectors which we ask for the tempered glass protectors and they gave us ones that were cracked my boyfriend's was cracked the very same day because whoever put it on didn't put it on right and B you had to push very hard in order to use the phone mine stuck only to the very bottom part of my phone so it wasn't sticky enough and it fell off and it's all cracked I still have both it was the MetroPCS and Byrne Road in a belief Toledo or Maumee Ohio I dealt with Norma I cannot find her card but I have a pronounce that doesn't have an address on there anything which to me is very shady I don't even know if she gave me a receipt I promise you I have been in the business world for an extremely long time dealing with a lot more money than this mortgages wholesale account executive selling of millions of dollars of products and we got played because you're employee lied straight up to her face I asked every question and she had a very good comeback to every single one of them she was good but she was also a liar and wanted to make a sale so please tell me where my $** is please tell me how I get my cases fixed replaced and my tempered glass that should have been put on there as I ask for for free now after all this drama and I still have the old ones that are all cracked and destroyed after days of using them promise you and it's a little strange that the brown she gave me has no address on it where I got the phone don't you think??? I will call corporate somebody will pay for this I will not let this go I will be your worst enemy please get back with me it will be in your best interest I don't care if it was $*** or $*,*** you know treat your customers like that
