So I paid my phone bill last night after talking to a metro employee, with the understanding that existing customers would be able to upgrade with the sign on price for the phones. So I visited my local metro store today only to find out that not only was it false but it the phone I wanted was gonna cost me an extra $*** than what I was told. So I'm trying to find out how to have my money refunded and just cancel my account. I'm not willing to pay *x more than ppl who are switching over when Ive been with the company as long as I have. It's been almost * days and I still haven't heard back from anyone. This is definitely not what I expected from two great companies that merged together
