Incredibly bad service.**Several days ago I paid my bill in advance of the due date. My billing date was on the *st.*My data was terrible while I was trying to use my hotspot so I stop at a Metropcs store. They told me that I did not have that feature on my plan.*News to me because I have used the hotspot alot. I have even paid the data top off of $* many times.*So call customer service, they tell me that my data will reallocate on the *nd .... ? why? *So she tells me that Metro will charge me $* to top off my data and that I have to pay it before midnight.*I waited until this morning.....Guess what ? I don't mind paying the $*. Your service person should have taken the payment then but instead eventhough my monthly bill is paid and my data is reallocated, You go ahead and turn my complete service off.*Not smart.*Now because your service and because of your greed of $* I will take this opportunity to look around for a different provider*You should have taken into account that I have been a customer for several years. *Now to give my business to a different provider and to let EVERYONE I know just what I think of Metropcs.*By the way - I am paid up for this month so don't **** with my service until its due.
