I have had MetroPCS since Sept **** and I reside in West Covina California. I have always had great signal strength while at home until October ** ****. Since that day we (mine and my wife's) signal strength has been limited somewhere between *-* bars resulting in buffering while trying to watch videos or news show like CNN live. I would like to mention that on the day in question there was an accident in front of my home that a driver knocked over the power pole which just so happens to have had * T-Mobile antennas mounted t the top of the pole. Not sure if this has anything to do with my now lack of signal but for a company to state that you have unlimited data then it should work without having an antenna in my front yard. So I went to a MetroPCS store two days ago and low and behold I had five bars while in the store. Now if your telling me that this going to be the norm from now on I am going to consider changing carriers even though I do like Metro. Feel free to check my service area for coverage.
