I bought my phone on the **th and I was manipulated into getting this phone and I asked the lady is it a grace period She said * days. I realize I didn't like the phone the service is horrible and I go back today on the **th and she say I can't return it because I talk more than an hour and I asked her the same day I bought this phone what is the grace period and they never mention that our and that's $*** I lost and I really need some help seriously I can I do not like this phone. I purchase the phone at *** Lafayette Street Nashville Tennessee that PC Place need to be closed down. All my security stuff with setup without me even knowing it's so when I called customer service I didn't know none of my security questions or the * digit PIN. Very unhappy I will cancel my service after this month if I can't get any type of help the manager laughed at me and told me I talk more than an hour and I told her I wasn't told that when I purchase the phone
