hello, my name is nurelayen surur. I brought a phone yesterday and I paid around ** $ for the phone and ** $ for swap. even though I didn't want to swap to the new phone they charge me without asking me. I didn't say anything about it, but I told the associate that i just don't want to use the new phone, I just want to buy it and when I'm ready I will swap it, and she told me to pay another **$ if I want to use my old phone which doesn't make sense at all. first of all, I didn't even ask her to swap it to the new phone. basically, I paid ** $ for nothing. plus when I ask her why would I have to pay another **$she said oh you have to call customer service and ask. when I called customer service, the customer service lady was nice but she said she couldn't help me that much. she said there is no way I can get a refund, and how come I couldn't get a refund for the mistake that your associate did? I might not get a refund and I will go to another carrier next month, but I just want to let you know. Thanks. my pin number id *** *** ** and hone number is ***-***-****
