My phone broke I made a claim I haven't used the phone for about a week las Friday actually and I have not been ablego get ahold of you guys finally yesterday I did I processes the claim since I have insurance my phone bill was due today I asks the rep am I gojg to get credited she said yeah after my claim the insurance company sent me an email to call you guys I can't reach you this is crazy amf horrible customer service
