Hello I am abroad. The chip did not work here so I put it away and lost it therefore I cannot contact Metro to cancel the service. when I try to enter my account Metro senda me an sms which does not come through since the Metro chip is not on the phone. I just need for the service to be terminated and the automatic payments be canceled. Thanks.
