The issue in GetHuman-crkrivas's own words
I was trying to pay the bill for my phone for this month only through the web browser of another phone using my credit card. As I was pressing confirm, nothing happened and it gave me an error message. I tried twice more, and I got the same error message. I then go to look at the list of purchases on my credit card, and $** came out three times out of my credit card. I need MetroPCS to reimburse me the last two of those times, which would be $***, as my intention was to only pay for this month.
GetHuman-crkrivas did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
