My bill was paid up until the *nd of November. I called several days ago and added the hotspot. I had to call back the next day ( yesterday) because it was not working. A lady took my call and said she was going to top it up because she could see that what I had just ordered wasnt enough for more than a day and wanted to charge me $*. we tried to order it but it did not go through.*I had to call back later to get technical support and was told my hotspot did have enough and he fixed the problem.*This morning I have NO SERVICE!!!! I couldnt even call customer service because I had no service. The thing kept saying I owed $*. which I dont. The order never went through. So how do I pay the $*.**? The mobile app on my phone is what I use to transfer money to my checking account, but I cant do that because the phone is off! I have tried to call various ways but cant get past the thing. How am I suppose to get this resolved? I dont owe $* but if I have to pay it to talk to you, OK, but youve blocked every way I have of doing this. So YOU tell me how to send smoke signals to metro.*Currently I had to walk to my apartment complex office to type this message and the ********** number is still bogus when I cant even call it from here.*My final question is why was I charged and additional $**.** on my November bill when the only change was to add the hotspot???? I was ok with that until the lady explained that my order only covered less than ** hours and I would have to buy a top up. This is crazy!!! why would you sell a hotspot for $**.** knowing that it would only last me * days!!!!!?????? then Id have to continually puurchase$*.** topups every other day of th month????????? That is robbery!!!!!!!*Being disabled I depend on my phone service and I guess misery loved company when I believed the people who talked me into changing from Boost to Metro. I am sending this in the hopes you will get bac to me to assist and explain, but like all things metro, I highly doubt you will. But it would be great. Im gonna search out the Board members of Metro PCS and tell them about my issue. This is seriously horrible.*I didnt realize I was having this issue until I went to make a call to my doctor this morning. Using your service I THANK GOD it wasnt life or death.
