My zte blade model number Z*** screen shattered and is almost imposible to use without my fingers being cut. I checked the ZTE warranty website and it states *Metro PCS Warranty Note: In an effort to provide a more personal customer experience form October **, **** Metro PCS will provide the warranty repair options for their customers.*Now I know this is probably not a warranty issue but I can't afford to pay for a new phone. So I thought I would email you guys to see if there is any kind of help you could possibly provide me since I am a valued customer and would like to remain a metro pcs customer. *Please let me know*Thank you*Rachael Moccaldi
