I opened a new plan and received my new phone last week at the Berea, Ohio store.(***-***-****) This week, I received an email from Google thanking me for the review of Berea, Ohio Metro PCS. Only problem is, I did not submit a review. When I looked what Google was referring to, I found that my Google account had been used, on the day I picked up the phone, to give the location a glowing, *-star review. It mentioned the clerk by name, Patricia. It said that the phone I wanted was in stock, it was not, I had to wait a day. It said the store smelled good. Not really. I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT write this review. The only person who has had access to the phone was the clerk, while she was setting it up. I thought she was being helpful. She was helping herself to my email account. This is UNETHICAL AND DECEPTIVE TO SAY THE LEAST. I now feel that I have to close this email because i cannot be ***% certain that all she did was give herself a review.*She should be fired.*I will certainly tell anyone who asks not to use this location.
GetHuman-liwoszb did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
