The issue in GetHuman-ldlemay's own words
I'm writing this for my DisAabled son. He works in Seattle and takes the ******* bus back to the *** transit center. He was at *nd & Seneca yesterday for the *:** bus. The male driver put out the ramp and he went up it, the woman who was riding behind him (maybe training him) told me to turn around, she didn't have room for him , there were no other wheelchair riders on the bus and she did* 'would not ask anyone to vacate the wheelchair space and take another seat. He had to turn around and go out and wait for the next bus. He did not get her name, but said she is a large woman with big hair. This occurred yesterday **-**-****. I don't understand why this was done and if that is the way your employees are trained or being trained. He was able to make connections with the next bus,, but that kind of treatment shouldn't be acceptable.
GetHuman-ldlemay did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
