I called Metro Pcs from **** W Riverside Blvd. Store ** on same date that I bought the phone on *********, to find out how to deal with a problem I’ve had with I Phone *. After I had been on hold for several minutes, Anna Hernandez came on the line. I had to explain my problem to her several times because she did not seem to be listening and therefore said don’t worry you still have ** days from the date you bought the I phone *, and you have warranty and insurance. Per Anna was going to make a note one account. Anna could not print a receipt for me, so she screens shot it. *Needless to say, I went back on *********, right after work with my Mother Rosemary Raymundo explain my situation to another salesperson who didn’t want to give her name and was very hostile and rude in answering my questions. She said I had to deal with Ana since she sold me the phone. Per salesperson there were no notes on my account. Then she showed us this policy to read which Ana never showed me. My I phone * was past the refund or fix for free according to their policy. Needless to say she lied to from the beginning for a quick commission sale. Then I asked to speak to Manager she said she could not give that information out, therefore I left my phone number to contact me regarding situation. No one contacted me the next day *******.*Went back on *********, spoke to another different sales person. Kayla introduce herself was very friendly. I explain my whole problem to her, she was very helpful, but did not resolve my phone issue. Kayla gave me the name of the employee on ********* her name was kay. I informed Kayla, Kay was very hostile and rude, and all she kept Saying is I can’t help you. I had to deal with Anna the salesperson who sold me the I phone *. Kayla texted the Manager, and the manger replied that we had to pay $**.** more to get a new phone. Kayla also assisted us in printing us a receipt due to Anna could not print a receipt. Anna had said their printer was not working. We also asked to speak to supervisor above manager she said he has no phone number but email, again she could not give info out.*Kayla informed me I could call Apple store and talk to them directly, but there was no guarantee, my phone would get fixed since they didn’t sell the phonehat h to me.*The wrote my IME*****************My SIM********************F*I was quite frustrated. I expected a much higher level of service from the company, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not want to spend any more money and time on this problem, I would like a new I phone * at no extra cost to me or a full refund, I will be informing my friends and family about this disappointing experience. I aready email the BBB ,if still no result from METRO.I was quite frustrated. I expected a much higher level of service from the company, and I am quite disappointed. ALREADY WENT TO THE THE STORE WHERE I BOUGHT IT, GOT THE RUN AROUND. SO I EMAIL TODAY THE BBB,IF STILL NO RESULT NEXT STEP THE STATE ATTORNEY OF ILLNOIS.
