I recently purchased an ARISTO* ANDROID PHONE at Taylor,Mi Store Eureka Rd last Saturday, I was told that the purchase is an upgrade and that this phone is newer*better than my old phone that is broken.To my dismay, upon trying to make use*settings for the former METRO BLOCK*now (CALLER ID APP-)I found out that my LG ARISTO* PHONE is not able to be used for the complete purpose of BLOCKING NUMBERS, because when I tried going to settings as to BLOCK, it won't allow me to BLOCK, will only give me options for callers to go right to my voicemail-completely defeats the purpose of BLOCKING, where as my older phone allowed me to efficiently BLOCK. I would not had purchased this phone had I known this. I believe I should be able to return this phone to the store in exchange for another phone that will equally do its job for BLOCK-IT APP. At this time they are telling me "NO". I am an unhappy customer because of this. I have been a customer for ** years. I would appreciate for the CEO OF METRO PCS TO INTERVENE ON MY BEHALF-even if I have to send this phone through the mail for the purpose of a cellphone that is able to do the complete purpose of CALLER ID BLOCK. I tried speaking to LG, they argue that METRO PCS should be able to allow me to return this phone. Thank you, Amy(*-***-***-****)
