My phone has many issues & it's only * and *** months old. I have addressed the issues to customer service many times...Here is the list of problems...Eccessive call drops while I'm on the phone for not even one minute, picture messaging comes out very blurry, the sound level on phone*goes so low when it is not turned down by anyone..So you do not hear the call...So many calls are going to voice mail because of sound goes too low. Voice mail is not working correctly..When people call me...the voice mail makes a loud beep when it should let people leave a message..*Clarity is pretty close to poor & so is the customer service at metro PCS.*I waited on hold for ** min. But...no one helped me on phone * weeks ago.. & each time I call for help with phone ..there is way too long of a wait to get help with phone piece.

GetHuman-lovingyo did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
