When doing a system update on the phone the phone dies. It will not come back on. I had to buy another phone when doing a system update to my original phone. I've never purchased a new phone and it's asking me to do a system update. I am not willing to do to update because there's no guarantee the phone will work after the update is done to the phone. The representative in the store stated that since I have insurance on the phone I will have to use an insurance claim to get another phone which would take * days to complete. That is unacceptable at this point due to the fact that I'm paying money and your company sends an update and Fries the phone. I don't think I should have to pay to get another phone when it's not the user's fault that the phone is no longer working. I've only had this phone since August and it's the worst find that I've ever had in my entire life. You can't download apps I have to constantly restart the phone
