I cancelled my service with Metro PCS on *-**-**. The number was ported over to another carrier. I was in the store when the transaction took place. I talked with a metro rep to verify that I agree to the switch. Now I'm owed a credit but all I get from the phone reps is the numbers still active so you want to cancel, duh!!! A week ago Friday I called in to buy more storage space only to be told by Metro rep that you bought speed not space. He credited the account of the $** and put it towards next months bill. That's one of the reasons why I moved to another carrier. I wanted space and some of things that I also considered when I switched. Also a credit should have went back as soon as the port took place but apparently not. I just want my credit not run around, lies or deception. My bill's were due on the *nd of each month. I cancelled on the **th plus the forwarded credit is what I want. I should be entitled to credit for unused service plus the $** credit. Agree???
