Hi there. I have two questions. My fianc* and I share a plan with Metro PCS. I usually pay my bill a few days after payment is due - because of how I get paid. Every month and you can see from the payment history I always get paid by work a few days after the phone due date* which in return causes us usually to have to elect to do two ** hour extensions which is fine - glad that option is available. But with the ** hour extension we have noticed that sometimes our internet data connects and then other times we are out of internet usage because it doesn't connect with the ** hour extension. why is that? We do a lot of business from our phones and need the internet. So question one is why does internet connect on extensions sometimes and other times it does not. Also, every month and again if you review the payment history I get paid usually within *-* days after my initial phone bill is due prior to using the extension. Can we move my due date back so that we don't always have to use the extensions. Our bill is paid each month consistently. The guy at the local store said you may even be able to restore our service this go round for this month but push the due date back to when I get paid next Wednesday so on the **th of each month- vs the **th? And can you prorate the * days to next months bill or this month so we can restore our internet? I have no problem paying the extra days for this month.
