Apparantly payment was short by $*.** but I was not notified of the short payment and my service was turned off. Since learning the phone had been disconnected a payment has been forwarded twice today, both for the amount of $*.**.*As I was beginning to get irritated I contacted *** from my phone only to learn my options were limited and could not speak to live person. As a result I ended up with an extension which i didnt need or want. Your center says I have yet to forward the $*.** short pay, however as I mentioned, it has since been forwarded twice.*Now it says I have a ** hr extension without data capability. Please connect my service with my data plan as soon as now. Because I pay fir my services ahead of time why would the system not recognise payment and continue my service at least for days paid?*My service line number is as follows ***-***-**** *WHITSON, BILL
