I am currently located in Kissimmee Fl. at zip code *****. My internet speed has become progressively slower. I performed a speed test from my phone today and was getting only ***kbs down. This is unacceptable and impossible to get any work completed. Why is this so slow? I have had tmobile is the past and never encountered anything like this. Please let me know why my connection is slower than even dialup. Your equipment and towers need to be upgraded or I will have to change carriers. Please provide me with an explanation ane solution.
GetHuman-joectamp did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
