On Aug *, I made a change to my plan from an unlimited data plan to the thirty dollar plan for my account which has * lines on it. I recieved a text saying to pay **.** and since I share the line with my Aunt I assumed that she had paid the bill and just gave the wrong amout. I re cieved a text saying I owed ***.** I called customer care and was told numerous times that the charges were valid when in fact they were not...
