I am trying to see if MetroPCS can reconnect our service and float this months bill that was due the **th and add it on top of next months bill at which time I will pay the entire amount due. ... My account has been suspended due to non-payment and I have used my **hr extensions already. My wife and I really need our phones on as we have a child in school that we have to frequently visit( due to his special needs) during his day throughout each school week. On top of that we currently have * relatives in the ICU at our local hospital so that is another very important reason why we need our phones on and working. If there is any way we could get them reconnected and I can make both this month and next months bill payment when the bill is due next month.
GetHuman1037320 did not yet indicate what Metro PCS should do to make this right.
