The issue in GetHuman-psdisalv's own words
Visited location at *** Mechanic Street, Leominster, MA. Questioning a problem that was having with ZTE ZMax pro phone, was told the only solution was to upgrade to new phone, they verified that I was due to a upgrade. Selected phone, the young woman assisting stated that she was new and in training. Purchased an upgrade to a new phone. Completed the transaction, left the store, got out to the car and the phone was not active. Went back in and asked to return the phone and switch back to original phone and was told no. Explained it was not activated, and the phone was taken in the back and miraculously the phone became active. I explained I wanted my old phone to be in use and return the purchase. Again told no because it was activated, well, it was not activated when we left, it was activated after I asked for a refund. I have never ever dealt with a store "manager" that was less than customer oriented. Would not even entertain the thought to help the customer. Worst mistake was entering this location. **On a separate note, there is a sign on the door with the VP's phone * to contact...tried that, funny enough you can't leave a message. False sense of customer service
