Hello!**I need assistance ASAP!*I've been trying to call the Customer Service number to talk to an agent, but the automated recording will not allow me to be transferred. I am very upset and unsatisfied with my service. I recently broke my phone and just got it replaced on ******* using the insurance that you provide. My phone broke * months ago, so I did not have service and when i got my new phone and paid the bill, but it credited last month when i had no service and my service was shut off on ******* (when my phone bill was normally due). I don't think it's fair that i paid $** for a week of service. Can you please apply that to this current months bill? I just bought a new phone and now I'm expected to pay for an additional month's service when i only used it for a week. I need help ASAP!**Thank you,**-Roger Torres*(***)***-****
